This release is the fifth in a series of six records to be put out by Fainting Room Collective. The Triple-Six Series is a collaboration between Seattle artists to pair music and art for a collection of six 7-inch records.

Dubbed "Electro Filth Rock" by notorious Germs drummer, Don Bolles, The Family Curse formed in San Francisco in 2005 and features members of Bad Powers, Archons, The Hearers, Wormwood and many more. The band is now based out of Seattle and is working on their 3rd full-length release at Airport Grocery Georgetown.
